  • hmmm...now that ill be working more since im in a less time-consuming rotation (psych) I MIGHT just have to invest in this...sounds fun!!
  • I tried it--- it sucks. :o( good thing it was $6 and not $16...still kinda bummed. It is more of a cakey foundation than a tinted mousturizer. i dont recommend it. Also, I bought "light" and it is very dark. Im "pale" but im not pastey...light should have been fine...I wear a medium foundation in most tones....
  • awesome! wow, you look about 15 years younger!! good work!! :o)
  • "you have to eat like a rabbit to have sex like one" hahahaha my husband's old co-worker said that a long time ago...he told me that's why he used to eat so much salad. LOL
  • i am going to buy a tinted moisturizer this weekened by hard candy to try it out... anyone use any of their products??
  • exercise REDUCES cramps, silly! :o)
  • ok so maybe im just stupid and confused?? youre saying that if you were to do a double workout day...i.e.- do 45 minutes or so of pure cardio in the am (running, what-not)...then do something like p90x in the afternoon/evening...most of that second workout would be null and void??
  • i bring my note cards to the gym and when im WALKING on the treadmill, I go through them (or notes/book/whatever)...then tke a break, run, walk again and go through more notes...etc etc. then I do 15-30 minutes of weights...come home, and do hw/study
  • that could work! haha.. yea i have to agree with most-- no amount of money is worth the damage you could do to your body. You'd pretty much have to stop eating all together and run all day. fitness shows on TV such as biggest loser are NOT totally true information and are giving people unrealistic expectations. Weight loss…
  • I bought boy's size Lrg sweats at walmart and they fit :o) haha A little bit more working out and ill fit into boys size small!
  • my freshman year of college i actually LOST 15 pounds because I hated going to the dining hall. I would go and eat just salad and the occasional french fry after good workouts (lol) My dorm was across campus and in the rain (seemed like it was always raining) I just didnt feel like making the trek. I would eat oatmeal for…
  • had the house to myself tonight... played with makeup!!! yayyyy
  • @sweet_lotus wait wait-- let me better clarify now that i went back and read EXACTLY what I wrote-- you can be a diabetic and eat healthy and never know it...BUT once you start consuming the excess sugar, carbs, etc you will experience symptoms and TA-dreakin-DA... Once again, should have worded it better...typed it quick…
  • no no...you read wrong, my friend. If you are genetically predisposed to diabetes, you may not be aware, but you will quickly find out once you consume endless amounts of sugar. I should have spelled that out more clearly, sorry.
  • yep, im 5'1" too and have the same issues. today i wore some victorias secret yoga "capris" wich are a goofy too short to be pants length on me. sucks.
  • i looked at that too! so expensive tho!!
  • @ sweet_lotus: packaged oatmeal is not recommended for diabetics, as it has a high sugar content. What type of diabetic (insulin dependent or insulin resistant) is also an important factor. HOWEVER, how do you think one becomes diabetic?? Genetics arent always the answer.
  • i think mrbunzey was not trying to be mean. As an EMT and nursing student I see a LOT of people with diabetes. In fact, in the 8 or so weeks I've had a patient in clinical, probably 6 of them had diabetes. And most of them were hospitalized due to complications from it. And you know what? they all said similar things:…
  • im not! i have the jillian michaels wii thing but i hate it and never use it lol im not all that inspired by her...i just dont see the big craze.
  • this is perfect-- my friend and I were just discussing this! if you tell yourself you can never have something you love ever again, you will dwell on your craving for that item and you will lose sight of your fitness or whatnot... If I said I could never have a drink while I'm out with friends once in a while or never have…
  • hey y'all! im in...at least for trying! I need to reduce my bread intake because I have a gluten sensitivity I just learned about...BUT are you cutting out just BREAD products or all related items, such as muffins, etc. Because I dont wanna give up my twice a week vita-top!! lol its worth a try, because im sure i will lose…
  • I can wear clear or really light pink (i got to a catholic hospital's nursing problem and they are SUPER strict with uniforms...our hair has to be in a high bun (no hair can touch the collar of your scrubs) you have to wear white undergarments (and yes, they do check and send you home if you arent!!) and so on... but next…
  • she is!! and i live for sephora too...but i like VS foundation best...and do use some drugstore products as well. I love Sephora for carrying Phyto products--- they make m y hair so much more manageable!! i wish i could wear nail polish but as a nursing student im not allowed...i still wear it on the weekends though ;o)…
  • I have PE bronzer and i HATE it...you really need to swirl the brush over to get the product on the brush evenly...and the color doesnt last at all. The brush that came with it was useless- I tossed it the day I bought it. The container it cheap--- just opening it after a couple times the lid broke off! over all, for the…
  • love <3 emilynoel!
  • can i join in? itll push me to go out and DO! :o)
  • all this has made you the strong woman you are now!! We have talked about our similar circumstances...and I had a similar outcome of being unable to say no for a while too....not even necassarily in the sexual term...but with everything. I let people walk all over me, and sometimes I still do. Id like to think I'm getting…
  • exercise can cause this. :o) especially a new regiment your body's not used to!
