Like everyone else is saying- just get back on the wagon again. Someone on here once said something that stuck with me and it was something like "You've only failed when you stop trying again".

I think it probably differs from person to person because everyone loses weight from certain areas differently. Also if you gain muscle you might lose inches without losing much weight at all but if you just do cardio and don't gain much muscle you'll weigh less when you drop the inches, if that makes any sense.

Haha yeah I can definitely relate to this one too. (:

Ooh thats a good one. I wish I had known that too. Its so much easier to stick to your calories when you've exercised and can eat more. Also paying for a gym membership kinda ties you down and gives you more incentive not to give up. (:

Portobello mushrooms are great. You can change what you put in them and they're pretty filling. I love frying some onion, pepper, garlic and prawns with some basil mixed in and stuffing them with that, and then putting them in the oven for 40 minutes. (:

I'm always cold too although I can't work out if its due to the lower calories or just because its winter. I keep getting up and doing little exercises or stretches to be temporarily warm.

I started drinking mine black about a year ago just because I didn't want to drink my calories and at first I was just making do and wishing I could have milk in it again but now I like it black. If I drink it with milk now it just tastes odd. I think you've just gotta decide what will work best for you. Like if you really…

I don't know if this helps or not but I remember once when I was watching america's next top model a few of the models saying they weighed around 128lbs. I just remember because I was amazed because I used to weigh that much too (and hopefully will again in the not too distant future). lol

I remember once I had a mc chicken sandwich mcdonalds meal and a free 99p burger for being a student and 2 M&M brownies and ate them all in one sitting. Must have been like 1500 calories or something. I felt so bad afterwards.

It sounds weird but the other day when i was desperate for something to eat and we hardly had anything in I scrambled an egg and put it in a tortilla wrap. I think it totals about 200 calories (depending on the size of the wrap you use) but it tasted surprisingly good. (:

You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight at the same rate as long as you stay under your calories. But if you eat fattier junk food you'll probably be hungrier all day because they're higher in calories and so you can't eat as much. (: I eat junk like crisps and sweets whenever i have enough calories and I'm…

When I was about 13 and I lived about 2 seconds away from my best friend we used to go to tesco as something to do almost every day and buy junk food. At the time I weighed about 128lbs and I ate so much crap and didn't gain a pound. But the habits carried on and about 3 years ago my metabolism must have slowed down…

You don't have to do everything at once. Maybe you could start one day by just eating under your calorie goal, not worrying about eating healthy. Then once you've managed that for a while then you could start setting goals like eating healthier meals. If it seems too daunting it'll be harder to do, but if you just think…

Get the junk thats sabotaging you out of the house. I know if there's chocolate or sweets in the house all my motivation just goes down the drain. I swear 99% of my success is not having the stuff there because as soon as my dad brings home cookies I just have to eat them.

Haha I'm the same. I have no upper body strength. I have to do modified push ups and I can barely get all the way down. But I'm sure if we stick with it we'll both be doing them in no time. (: The hardest part for me though are the lunges. I just can't stay balanced when I do them so I just keep falling over sideways lmao.…

I don't know, but if I were you I wouldn't worry too much. It might be any number of reasons. You might have gained water weight because you're building muscle, or you might have just weighed in on a bad day. On reddit people often weigh themselves every day and make a graph of the results- and the results are always all…

The first few weeks people normally have a larger loss because its water weight coming off. You can't expect results that good every single week. You've just got to stick to your calorie goal and keep going and it'll eventually come off, but don't go lower than your goal too often because that's not healthy. (:

The only time I've ever heard that thing about skinnier people are people who eat breakfast is on adverts for breakfast food. And they're biased.

I don't judge people in their workout clothes because mine are particularly cheap and ugly. lmao. I just have this one gym outfit that I wash all the time, consisting of my brothers old jogging bottoms which are covered in white splodges of paint because I also used them for decorating, and whatever baggy t-shirt I can…

M&S and house of fraiser and debenhams usually has a good underwear department at about the same price range as la senza I think. Also I think they do free bra sizings which is great because I REALLY need to get round to going and doing that.

I think I'll set aside some money and buy myself some of those really tiny denim shorts and wear them proudly. (:

I did day 1 level 1 on monday and I actually thought it was really fun. But my legs are killing me now. I can't sit down or stand up without my thighs hurting so bad. Has anyone else had this? I keep reading that people do the next stage even when they're aching but this is unreal. I've decided to wait to do the next stage…

I'm pretty much the same. if I'm craving something sweet I have something sweet but only a small amount. Unless I don't have any calories left for the day, then I just try to do something to distract myself.

I don't think you can lose 2lbs a week without weighing a lot more to start with, the less you weigh the less you'll lose each week. When I first joined MFP I tried to lose 2lbs a week too but you've got to realize that this is something that you've got to do slowly and patiently. I kept trying and failing when I set my…

Oh my god I started yesterday and it killed my legs too. I can't stand up or sit down or go up or down stairs without my legs killing me. So. Much. Pain. I've heard people say they keep going when they're aching but there's no way I could keep going, I can hardly walk. Let me know how much it kills you when you do day 2.…

An example is being able to fit into an old pair of jeans that didn't fit before, or having someone compliment you on your weight loss, or being able to say no to an extra piece of desert. (:

I wouldn't say sweating is really very attractive. I know when i get all sweaty I get bright red in the face too, no idea why, but I'm guessing its not very attractive. Although I don't think anyone really cares either haha. Everyone's supposed to look gross at the gym, otherwise you're not doing it right. (:

I want to wear shorts and tank tops and dresses in the summer without feeling ridiculously self conscious. And fit back into my old clothes. (:
-
Wow I never realized how nice my gym is until now. There's literally nothing anyone does in my gym that irritates me. I don't understand why people are annoyed at people for reading whilst on the machines though. I think that sounds like a good idea- it'd make time go faster as you worked out. I was thinking of uploading…

Dry shampoo is good. So it talcum/baby powder. I've read online that getting a big make up brush and applying the baby powder with that works well. Also I always find that my hair goes flat if I don't wash it and just use dry shampoo so I use this stuff called bed head sugar dust and its like a very fine powder that gives…
