  • I use Unjury too. It is a very fine powder that dissolves completely, not gritty at all, and is unflavored so that your shake can taste like whatever fruit or veg you want to use. I use it to cook with too, mix it in with egg muffins or whatever you like.
  • This is why we call it "dump cake". Solves that problem!
  • Hi, Terri! You will find lots of helpful info here, as well as friendly people to encourage you and help you out. Welcome!
  • Have to agree with the other posters, support group meetings and tracking food intake (and exercise!) is what keeps me on track. I found it helps me to be honest if I weigh food portions weekly, instead of eyeballing it. My portions keep growing is I don't check them once in a while!

There are lots of people here who will give you good advice -…

  • @candacet36, where do you find the Syrtrax Nectar? I use the Unjury Unflavored Protein, so you can make your shake any flavor you like - I tend to throw in assorted fruit, milk and a litle Torani no sugar flavorings.
  • Hi, Kalilioness! Congrats to you on your sleeve! I am 3 months post op,also sleeved. At first I used a small notebook to track proteins and liquids, and to write notes to myself or questions that came up. As I transitioned back to food, I started using this app. Very easy to use! At first, I just used a blender bottle that…
  • Understand your frustration, but there is a bright side to meeting with the nutritionist. I personally know two people who, with self pay surgeries, shopped for a doctor who required very little in the way of preparation. Now, post surgery, they have no idea what to do or how to take care of themselves nutrition - wise. I…
