Since I don't weigh myself I rely on photos! The first one was taken The first day I started T25 and the other is from when I restarted it yesterday! (Haven't done T25 in two weeks). May not look like much but I can tell subtle differences in my body it's a great feeling!! Also great work everyone!! :D

I did the lower focus this morning! Didn't really do that much of it full out just because I hurt my foot last night, so it hurts to put a lot of pressure on it! I won't be doing cardio instead I think I am just going to go on a long walk! I want to stick to these double days in anyway I can!!
