The food your craving, as for no self control, pay attention when you eat, there is a bite (usually 3 or 4 bites in) when the food doesn't taste as good as the first bite, this is when you stop, because now you're eating just because it's there. Or brush your teeth, then you won't want to eat anything for awhile.

I don't eat less, I move more.

Usually drink almond milk, several different kinds. Drink 2% milk only because the rest of the family won't drink whole milk. I don't drink enough milk to buy whole milk, if I'm the only one drinking it.

I stop wearing things when I no longer like the way I look in them. It's not really about a particular size. Right now I have bottoms in 12, 10 and 8; tops in med, large and extra large. So it really depends on the clothing item not the size.

No, your deficit is 1139 (calorie goal - calories consumed + calories burned through exercise) 1400-1227+966=1139 MFP should say you have 1139 calories remaining. Net calories are your calories consumed minus calories burned through exercise or how many of your goal calories have been consumed. 1227-966=261 Your deficit is…

Make sure your topic header says what you want to know. When people just put "help" or the like in the header I tend to not even open them. Your header was very specific, so I clicked on it to respond. Also, search for your question first, people get tired of answering the same questions over and over.

Didn't even know Kraft made cottage cheese.

I've had no problems with either the fitbit one or the fitbit zip counting driving. The fitbit flex was really bad about counting repetitive hand motions and driving as steps and not counting steps when I was pushing a cart or stroller, I returned it. The Jawbone Up did the same thing, but, not with nearly as many "false"…

Honestly, no. I'm no more committed to my husband than I was before we married. We are not religious so there was never really a point to getting married. The only reason we got married was because I wasn't going back to work after our second child was born, so it made sense tax wise. Now that I'm working again, if I could…

fish, shrimp, eggs, fiber one plus bars, cottage cheese, turkey jerky, to name a few. A can of tuna with salt and pepper if I'm low on protein, calories and time.

Secret Solid works best for me. The Secret Clinical made my underarms itch really badly and didn't seem to work any better. It's been a long time since I tried anything else, because I've never liked anything I've every tried better.

I average 20,000 steps a day. You can add me. https://www.fitbit.com/user/25JFH3

Just make sure you accurately enter the time you started exercising and the duration; your MFP entry will override the fitbit information for that timeframe.

I washed my fitbit zip, it worked straight out of the washer, I didn't have to do anything.
-
I sync my fitbit to MFP and use the adjusted calorie number MFP gives me with the fitbit data and I log everything on MFP. The 2 work very well together.

I buy myself new clothes when I start not liking the way I look in my current clothes because I've lost weight and my clothes start looking funny on me. I only like "swimming" in an oversized sweatshirt, everything else needs to fit correctly, or I won't wear it because it makes me feel frumpy, which can lead to all sorts…

Yes, because you're more active on that day than MFP assumed you would be.

Actually, mine helps. I work in a work habilitation center for the intellectually disabled and we do a lot of walking when we don't have any work in the building. I usually have 5 miles of walking in before I even leave work.

Way to go! Keep it up!

Yay for you! One more plus I got from saying I can eat anything I want and then paying attention while I eat it, I've discovered some of those "decadent" no-nos, I was overindulging in before, I don't even like. I was just eating them because they were there. Like cupcakes... I learned I don't like cake (I know, gasp!)…

I say, since it's for you, measure wherever it will be easiest to measure in the same spot consistently. For me, I have an incision scar by my belly button, so, I just measure over that, this way I know I'm measuring the same spot every time.

I think this is so true. Once I figured out how to enjoy life and myself, just the way I was, things kind of just fell in to place. Once I wasn't doing this for outward reasons (i.e. looks, others' opinions), but, inward reasons (i.e. health, strength) it finally began to stick. There are going to be great days and there…

Balsamic, raspberry or cranberry vinaigrettes; my daughter loves the Newman's Own dressings. I use salsa a lot in place of dressing on salad. But, for my favorite dressings I just take the calories, no way I'm using a reduced fat blue cheese, to me, it doesn't even come close to the really thing.

My weight goal is a 5 lb loss. My fitness goal is to stay in 1st or 2nd place everyday of February against my fitbit friends, this really pushes me to get up and move.

Target and Old Navy mostly. Herberger's (the department store with the Rose logo, it has different names depending on where you live) black dot sale is going on now, I got tons of new stuff cheap. Paid like $12 for a pair of Calvin Klien jeans.
