I also use the Reynolds and love them. I have on rare occasions had a bit of a leak. I usually am able to simply tie the whole mess up and throw it out--sometimes I will freeze it before I trash it, depends on when trash day is.

I always log mowing--it is a real burn. I am pushing mower, heart rate up for 45-60 minutes.

Are you up for competition? There used to be a group where someone posted their score for the week on 3 songs. Others tried to beat it. I enjoyed the challenge, though my scores were never the best. Sounds like you have the experience to post great scores. There was no prizes, just bragging rights!

Thank you for the abs help. Seems all the classes I go to want to do standing abs. I find it harder to get results. Any thoughts?

Good question. I wonder myself. I know some folks wear heart rate monitors to measure. I use "aerobics general" 45 minutes in my exercise log.

I like Zumba like the others and also really enjoy Just Dance 2 on the Wii. I seem to work harder, though, when I go to a class where there are other people. Also, there is a Just Dance 2 weekly challenge on MFP where you can post your scores and compete with others.

Oh, yeah, push ups are the hardest for me. I have been known to do them standing at the wall. Still giving effort to floor, but sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do.
