  • The Enell bras look great. I agree that a good sports bra is worth the price. I have an under armor one that I really like. I wash that thing in the shower after a run and hang it to dry. Gets more love than my 'fancy' stuff from Victoria's Secret! :wink:
  • Thanks ladies. I ordered some from Brooks. I like there running shoes so I thought i'd give the tops a try. Unfortunately, the medium didn't fit my bust. I just ordered a large. We shall see. I will try some of the recommended ones from this post. Boobs suck sometimes!
  • I dont think there is a magic time to stop eating. For me, if im eating late, it is usually junk food. i dont reach for a plate of steamed veggies at 1am....more like chips or some crap.
  • Post vacation, i did a week of no meat, no dairy, no processed food. I still ate seafood and any whole grain like barley and any fruit or veg. I really felt better after that week. For me, just cutting the dairy out of my diet reallt helped me feel better. Good luck!
