I'm in love with the Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones video. I also like her 30 day shred. What exercise videos do you like? I want to try some new ones and keep changing up my routine. I prefer cardio mixed with weights. Any favorites?

On a recent road trip, we stopped for Culver's, an awesome fast food place. I got a burger, no cheese. I know it's not the healthiest meal on earth but hey, I saved like 75-100 calories by skipping the cheese. And I didn't even notice it was missing. What are some small changes you have made in the food department?

I just got back from a trip to WI where I did a 5mile run on very hilly roads. I live in a flat area so this was a bit of an extra challenge. And now my foot is hurting me. Ladies, any brands of tops you like for running? I'm busty and am looking for something with some support in addition to my sports bra. I like the shelf bra type shirts but Sports Authority only had one (!), it was sixty bucks, And didn't even offer much support. What brands do you like?
