Looking at my options on logging excersises I can log it as cross country hiking and for 70 mins of that it burns 777 calories so I am thinking that maybe a better option.

I love cereal too!! I still eat my chocolate mini wheat but I put organic yogurt on them instead of milk. Yummy!!!

Something that I find is a big help to me is in between bites I put my knife and fork down and I keep the food in my mouth as long as I can... don't know is that will help you or not??

Thanks all for your input and encouragement, yesterday I decided that from now on out I was not going to drink the milk like I use to. I asked my wife to buy skimmed milk and because I don't like this as much I am thinking that I wont drink it like I do the whole milk. So if its not in our house its not going in me... So…
