Hi there :) I just joined this group but I bike all summer long on the trails coming out of Coon Rapids. I also heard about a bike trail that goes right by a bike-friendly restaurant near Wayzata that I'd like to try. I'm game for bike ride!

My Android works great. I've never had a problem with logging.

I have a question for customers: can you not see that I'm running my butt off serving 6 to 8 other tables? That I'm seating people at the door, helping people at the register, making soups, making salads, and I just can't do it all at once? You drank your soda in three minutes? That sucks, do you want me to just sit here…

I love making chili because I can throw whatever is in the fridge in there and it will last me a few days. Also, just buy a steamer that fits over a pot and throw whatever you want in there. Little salt, little oil and you're looking good! If you're looking for budget-friendly, frozen is a good way to go, especially when…

I used to eat 1500 calories a day on $25 a week. I just didn't get a lot of variety and always bought on sale when it was available. I had sandwich materials, milk, cereal, bananas (super cheap for fruit with high calories) mixed frozen veggies, granola bars and healthy option frozen dinners.

I've been thinking about a food scale anyway. Besides chips (I hear ya!) I try to portion my meat but how many ounces is this chicken breast? Ya know, this monster one that looks like it came off a T-Rex? And I think a scale might help me portion out spaghetti noodles better too, seeing as their portion size is ounces (Um,…

1. Soda (Years of relying on soda to wake up/stay focused, defeated!) 2. Fast food. I'll still eat a salad at McD when there's nowhere else to go. And I love Subway 3. Adult meals at restaurants. I eat kid's burgers whenever they'll let me or I ask my boyfriend to split with me (He LOVES that *eyeroll*) 4. Aspartame.…

Thanks everyone! What I had meant was I get them when I DO drink a ton of water, but the sugar feedback was very helpful :)

You look great! Congratz!

This is something I've been really wondering about too! Is it worth it, is it easy to use, how accurate is it???

I have the same problem. My doctor and the people who work the blood drives tell me I'm anemic, but don't tell me how much iron I should consume a day. I eat cereal with high iron, spinach, romaine and red meat all a few times a week. What more can I do? (Tried supplements once, didn't help at all)

Half an hour of walking with no incline, the treadmill tells me I burn 200. I go to the eliptical and do a half hour on strength program 4 (it's like an interval workout) and it says I burn over 400. The 400 seems high to me but it's a workout!

You are really that size =) I'm 5 ft 6 and 1/2 inch and when I was 165 lb, I was a size 12. I did have a few old pairs of 10s and an 8 that I fit into on "skinny days". I think it depends on the jeans manufacturer. I was an 8-14 depending on the brand and the wear on the pants.

I'm excited for mine to be gone! Well not gone, but I would love to be a 36 C, instead of the 38 DD I topped out at. The boyfriend will probably hold a funeral procession for them though :D
