Hey all! What's for dinner?
The hubs cooks on weeknights- all very healthy, well balanced meals, and I get the groceries and cook on weekends. I'm content to eat the same simple chicken/fish, potato and veg on weekdays but on weekends I want to spice it up! What's everyone cooking? Give me ideas!

Does lack of sugar cause headaches?
I hugely overhauled my diet 2 months ago. Quit soda, started drinking water and finally started eating fruit and veggies. I notice that I get random headaches almost daily now that are NOT caffeine withdrawal headaches (they feel different). Biking = Major Calories burned?
In the summer, I bike 12-14 mph on an asphalt bike path for 2-6 hours a few times a week. According to MFP, I'll be burning 2,000-4,000 calories. How can this be right? Doesn't the amount of muscle, weight and training a person has affect this? And do I really need to compensate for the exercise by eating more calories, or…
