I'm a vegetarian, and my version of a philly cheese"steak" includes sauteeing mushrooms (in place of the meat), using reduced fat provolone cheese, a lighter bun of some sort, & grilled onions

Tall (Like 6'3 +, although my last bf was 6'6 and I'm attracted to men that are 6'6 or 6'7) Athletic Intelligent Environmentally Friendly Animal Lover Sports Lover (even though I don't love sports, I like when men do, just not when they like them more than they like me!) Funny Level headed and down to earth (to bring me…

ME! Running my first half marathon at the end of February :)

I'll be a vegetarian for 4 years in February! I LOVE cooking/eating all vegetarian foods, although my diary has been less than ideal these last few weeks as I've been visiting relatives. Vegetarianism is fun! It's a blast to experiment in the kitchen!

I followed the same logic that someone else on here had. I read the first 1, might as well read the 2nd, then might as well read the 3rd. I hated Ana and the writing, but I loved Christian after he fell in love with Ana (not enough to want to FIND a Christian Grey, unless he's wealthy and handsome, but ain't nobody got…

Running my first half marathon on February 24 at Disney World :)

My ex of 3 years (and my first love) moved on before our relationship was officially ended. I was obviously devastated and heartbroken, but I only felt "down in the dumps" for about a month. Then I just snapped out of it (not sure what changed) and now I'm incredibly happy and just loving life! I still get sad sometimes,…

Yellow mustard! I thought for some reason that it would be chock full of calories, but it has ZERO!

i LOVE SUP! I tried it for the first time this summer with my campers and I cannot get enough! I only do it in bays/lagoons/calm waters because I'm a newbie! But I REALLY enjoy it!

If you're not happy in your situation now and are getting angry and frustrated with your boyfriend, then I would suggest you say something to him. Otherwise you will begin to resent him and your relationship will suffer. Good luck with your goals and stay strong!

I've also heard that any illness above the neck is safe to exercise with, but anything below the neck requires some time off from exercise.

A good workout! I might not necessarily go as long or as hard as normal, but even when I'm not feeling 100%, a workout makes me feel better. Plus, I found that it clears my head out a little ;)

This cracked me up! Happy New Year :)

Good luck! I'll be celebrating 4 years in february on the same day I run my half marathon! I LOVE being a vegetarian. I started out doing it as something just to try; it has since evolved into a celebration of my love for the environment (if you do enough research and buy locally grown produce/milks/etc., it lowers your…

This never really happened to me, but I saw a guy at a bar one night and we were chatting and he was being flirtatious and friendly and asked for my number... then I saw the wedding band (silly me for not checking right away). Needless to say, that was the end of that. I've been cheated on, and I would NEVER want anyone to…

To increase your likelihood of getting mercury poisoning, you would have to be eating fish with high mercury levels (usually top predators, such as tuna steaks, shark, and swordfish) at every meal. There are a number of low mercury level fish options available out there! I am a vegetarian who occasionally eats fish, but I…

I LOVE this app! they've done a lot of updates to it since I first started using it, but it's wonderful. It minimizes the volume of your music to tell you your time, pace, and distance. You can choose which increments you want it to talk to you at, if you want split times or average pace, and so many other things! It has a…

I'm cold all of the time, so when I have my A/C on in the summer months (I live in Florida), I usually have it turned to 80 or 82 degrees... pathetic, I know. But any lower and I'm FREEZING! To the OP, I see my hip bones, collarbones, and I'll occasionally notice my ribs, but my ribs are the only ones that freak me out.

I tend to find that I'm usually bloated after a night of drinking, but I still do it! It hasn't really interrupted my success or caused me to add on any more weight (I'm more conscious during the week/days after). I'll agree with the other poster who said that weight loss was definitely easier without drinking, but I…

I used to spend it with my boyfriend (it was our anniversary), but now that that long term relationship has ended, I plan on just getting hammered with my best friends and all of the people I love. I definitely do NOT want to be alone and be reminded of a failed relationship.

To one of my best friends: "And then these guys showed up. Snakeskin vest with a tiger hat & a man with beard for days" (with pictures) Last night at the bar these two men were around. The man with beard for days had such a thick and long beard, it was ridiculous. Snakeskin vest with tiger hat must have been trying to…

My name is Rachel. I'm 22 and live in Florida. I'm excited to run my first 1/2 marathon at Disney World this February :) I consider myself a runner, but haven't participated in any "official" 10K, although I have no issue running 6 miles..

Running my first 1/2 at the end of February...the Disney Princess Half Marathon!

I did 30 pounds in about 5-6 months..and then very recently accidentally lost 10 more pounds after going through an emotional trauma (this occurred about a year after being in maintenance).

Santa brought it to me for Christmas!!!! Cannot WAIT to try it! I wanna try all the foil packs! And I'm going to adapt the pancake recipes to waffle recipes because I don't like pancakes and just got a waffle maker for Christmas! ETA: I wanna try the foil packs with edits -- I don't eat meat, so I'm going to be adapting…

It's not really workout music, but I LOVE Matt Nathanson. I have just about every single album/single he's released. I like to listen to mellow music when I'm running on the beach in the morning. It seems to complement the serenity of a sunrise on a beach :)

I usually listen to Pandora's "Hip Hop and Pop Power Workout" or "Country Fitness" stations. I find "Titanium"- By David Guetta (featuring Sia) is a motivating song, "Sexy Chick"-David Guetta, and "So Close"-Calvin Harris. I like Pitbull too :)

I'm using "Hal Higdon Novice 2" to train for my first 1/2 that's coming up at the end of February. On his website, he gives recommendations of what good "cross-training" exercises are. Maybe instead of spinning you can just do cycling or bike riding? That's actually one of his suggestions. I usually do a walk or a…
