Muscle actually doesn't weigh more than fat-- it's more dense so 5 lbs of muscle will take up less space than 5 lbs of fat (ie you'll look tighter but be at the same weight). It could be like what was mentioned above--excess sodium, dehydration, I'd follow all of those suggestions! :D

healthy tortilla (or some kind of low cal bread) with a laughing cow cheese spread as a spread for the sandwich...i often use green peppers and cucumbers all chopped up. then i roll it tight and bring some low cal chips, crackers, or other vegetables on the side.

i am a veg that occasionally eats fish... but if i do eat fish I have a pocket guide that says whether or not a fish is caught or farmed sustainably. So I only eat sustainable seafood.

when i first lost weight two years ago, my period was so out of whack. but this time around, I had no problem and I think it's because I'm on the Pill (and had been for six months prior to my weight loss journey) so my hormones were regulated and continue to be regulated. I could be very wrong though!

if you deny, deny, deny then you're going to overindulge when you do decide to indulge. it's okay if a meal is 500 calories. maybe it'll fill you up and you won't want a snack later. if you enjoy you pasta now, you might not have a craving for it later. I say, eat it!

monday thru friday i work 9-5 (sometimes earlier depending on sea turtle activity) and then work out before dinner. saturday i take an off day and sunday i workout as soon as i wake up and before breakfast.

I'm a pescatarian (mostly vegetarian.. only eating fish occassionally). Feel free to add me to see my diary for any ideas. I have a really good cookbook just a regular vegetarian cookbook.

I'm there too and I'm nervous about eatin more calories too.. but I just look at before pictures. I think about how happy I am now and how happy my boyfriend is with the way I look. I feel great, and don't look half bad ;)

I'm just about at the tail end of my weight loss (so I don't know if I count..) But I've lost about 28 pounds so far! I'm 20 (21 next month), so I know I fit that qualification! I'm going to need help maintaining because I'm scared to eat more calories!

wah :( still having trouble with the scale after memorial day. drinking lots of water... but it's only helping slightly. gah.

melt butter/margarine in a frying pan and place a whole wheat tortilla smeared with one half nutella and place the tortilla on the frying pan until it starts to bubble up.then place mini marshmellows on the nutella and fold the tortilla in half. it's a mock crepe... not the healthiest, but it's delicious!
