  • i aim for 5 days if im on horrible shifts at work its sometimes 3 if i know im going to have to miss a session i do twice as much spin a gym session out twice as long!! sometimes a 4 mile walk is as good as a gym session : D cheers

  • i can't beleive you dont burn a large amount of calories weight training!!! (besides the amount you burn after while your body is repairing your muscles) i know its not 100% accurate i think its miles out in my case! i really need to get a hrm!! but for instance i did 30 mins weights on machines and pullys a few days ago…
  • go buy some accurate digital scales and start from scratch ther only around £10 / $15 small price to pay for a good reading!! id be very suprised if the wii boards are calibrated to standards! you could try taking some weights on the board with you i.e. 10llb dumbells and see how accurate the 10llb difference is ect ect

  • All these things you did as part as normal life before you did a lifestyle change!! given shoveling snow is a seasonal thing!! so why log them ? i chase the kids all over the place do alot of bits and bobs most days that i could log but i did all these things before and never lost any weight or had the thought of eating…

  • Remember muscle weighs heavier than fat!!! i usually do what suits me from day to day today i played football / 30 weights/10 min run otherdays i might just go for a long run or just do weights all depends whats good for me helps me keep motivated !!!

  • Heres my daily food intake lmk what you think slimfast shake for breakfast slimfast soup for lunch slimfast shake for dinner slimfast bar for supper excersize usually 2 hours football (on the xbox) anygood? lol

  • wow glad i read this post i had my ham sandwiches down as 240cals each just worked them out from the actual calories on the packaging and there 78 cals each individual from now on !! allthough just totted my sunday dinner up at 690 haha
