Stuck
Ive been stuck at the same weight for about 3-4 weeks trying to shift the last 4 lbs but i am stuck at the same weight, can't really eat less... i do feel like im still loosing with my cloths fitting etc.

When is the best time to weigh yourself?
morning ? evening? ive got some acurrate digital scales and some days they can be as much as 5llbs difference ! usually just a llb here and there usually heavier at night than in the day! Help

since ive been eating relativly heathy for the past 6 weeks ive been getting stomach cramps doc said its IBS and prescribed me tabs anyone else had this?? weird how i was perfectly fine when i was eating currys & beer alot LOL

Hi on my diary readout iron is shown at the bottam as lets say 100 is that mg? ive been reading the rda for iron is 45mg im usually over 100mg as i take multi vitamins anybody put me straight about the rda and what would be considered overload ? thanks in advance B x

want to start ab work help!!!
