wanting to start doing some ab work my top 2 keep peeking out but still have a bit of a beer belly!
i have an abmachine also some other aids !!
main question is will this pull my stomach in or make my gut look bigger than it allready is!!
if the latter was going to wait till id lost the last 2 inches!!
