start at about 15 1/2 stone 217 lb (the pic in the suit)
finish 13 stone 182 lb (with top off) i took this pic when i was NOT pumped up from a workout unlike some ; )
35lb loss

started about december joined mfp around january

neck start 16.5 now 16
waist start 41 now 36
hips start 40 now 37.5

i allways said i was going to 13 stone so im now just toning up and letting any saggy bits hopefully slip into place!!

started maintainece today !
