feel like crap

Been doing the calorie counting and excersize for about 20 days now all fine
past couple of days ive felt like crap !
like a zombie
and have terrible stomach cramps!
if this my body telling me something?
or adjusting?

    My guess would be it's unrelated, maybe a little stomache bug. If it were your first week I would guess different but your about three weeks in so...Your doing a good job and I bet you feel better in a day or so.

    yeah...most likely unrelated. Yesterday I felt badly but moved through it anyway hoping I'd feel better. This morning I am REALLY feeling awful in so many ways. I have decided that I officially have the flu...especially since it has been going around and my son had it then my daughter. My turn, I guess. Just do the best you can...drink lots of fluids, watch your diet, and you can exercise when your body feels better.
  • Check your blood pressure. I have felt run down with indigestion for over a month and adjusted my blood pressure meds cause mine was too low and gee does that make a difference. I have lost about 10 pound also. Yours could be to high though.

    Take a good look at your diet. Are you getting your calories from mostly fast food and highly processed foods, or wholesome stuff? Quite literally, you are what you eat. If you eat crap, you'll feel like crap. If you eat whole foods you'll feel whole. Your diary is private so for all I know I'm preaching to the choir.

    tbh i feel much better this afternoon and managed a walk & a short run : )

    taso42 tbh im pretty much allways under my whopping 2045 a day clorie goal sometimes 50-100 sometimes 500
    ive sent you a freind request so you can check out my diary!

    i keep away from fast food - eat plenty of fruit and veg and juice alot
    hopefully totally unrelated : D
