Yep , Its simple - But does not happen overnight , and in reality its not simple there is a lot of sweat and tears involved and a small amount of mental will power . You can do it , set a date be prepared and start again and never look back.

Fat does not convert to muscle mass and does not weigh heavier than fat. The most a experience body builder can expect to gain is around a quarter of a pound a week. So will not be the case. I would guess the scale will make the biggest difference. also make sure you have a digital quality scale to weigh yourself with.

I have one of these everyday after lifting weights at the same time as a strawberry whey protein shake. Gets the endorphins flowing :D B) Not to keen on the caramel one though

One or 2 days over the holidays whatever Christmas or Birthdays etc wont cause to much problems , If your mindful and make conscious choices for only a day or two , this should not make a deal of difference in the whole scheme of things. I Try to eat a normal full meal 2 hours before I train & protien within an hour after , no Difference in lifting if I eat or not , I just run out of energy If I Don't have around 600 Cals .

When do you weigh yourself?

I use it as a guide and if I have no bad days its not far off , make sure you update you goals when you loose weight or it will be calculating on your original goal. It's not an exact science but its not a million miles away - it does discourage you if you god mad and it says "if every day was like today you will weight…

Don't worry if it slows down or even if one week you don't see a loss this is normal , I would be happy at 1lb a week after the 1st few weeks , it all adds up that would be 4 lb a month , times that by 6 months 24lbs .

its a display bottle drunk it all haha... just to add for the drinkers ive lost the weight but had an average of 4 (uk) pinks of beer usually guinness per night more on Weekends... Oh and the bar is Mine :) thanks for all the comments <3

huh ive just had a issue i usually weigh myself at the gym , today i weighed myself at home 3llb gain , im thinking my scales are incorrect :D , so i nipped to the gym and hey presto according to the gym scales i had lost another 11llb . So i asked the gym guy if they were accurate "Hell No" , he got out some accurate ones…
