all the estimates have worked for me ! and think its a good thing ! i did find my hrm was higher than the estimates ! if your worried its over estimating eat half your calories back it should work out near enough !! its not an exact science! even your brm is an estimate!! : )

oil has calorific value i.e. if you use a tablespoon and its in the database there you go or you could make an addition to the database! or like the above post add quick added cals !! i add near enough everything lard when frying an egg - sauces - margarine ect !!

guilty i like my diet cherry coke / diet coke with lime !! on an average day ive got myself down to 1 can : ) at a weekend 3 or 4 cans of this crap i drink!!! it has NOT effected my goals mind you! a good trick to avoid it is not to buy it in and drink water instead!! with a slice of lime : )

just to add im on nights and ive been over my cals once this week allready!!! :( its the 1st shift that buggers it up! i get up at say 11am on the monday and dont goto bed in this weeks case till 8am thats 21 hours of a body that needs fueling !! i do start from midnight as my next day !! its a pain in the *kitten*

walking burns cals and if you have no diabilities its pretty easy !! when i started running i really did more walking!! time yourself aswell but to start running a good plan is to do 1min jog 1min walk and so on!! you can burn yourself out if you do to much to quick!!
