I stayed the same this week.. Tom arrived I've eaten too many biscuits and have not moved my *kitten* enough! I did start attempting to run on Saturday which was an achievement going to try it again this weekend :)

I've stayed the same this week but could be due to water weight due to tom :( I've gotta try next week because three lb is a terrible loss in twelve weeks!

Think this gain could be mainly due to water weight. Looking at some reviews online I think the fit bit is pretty good but I've heard that you need to have it slightly further up your wrist for the heart rate monitor to be more accurate if you're not really bothered about a slight difference in calories maybe the fit bit might be a good option for you I was thinking of…
