I started at 199lbs, this morning i was 146.6lbs, would like to get to 137 or possible 133lbs and see how i feel then.

Yeah usually if i have a lot of meals out i usually find that i can gain a bit.... but then a few days later i have lost most of it when i get back to normal eating.
