I just weighed myself again to make sure it was right and now it reads 4 pounds LIGHTER than what i was this morning. Mind you i've eaten and had stuff to drink...this is bizarre!

I've already been checked out for my thyroid and everything came out find. I am eating reasonably and I workout 4-6 times a week! This just doesn't add up. Something seems really off and very discouraging!!

I'm running my first one tomorrow and you know what I will be proud of whatever time i get. I am aiming between 30-35 minutes and I'm very happy with that. I think completing any kind of race is such a great accomplishment and I definitely call myself a runner. You should be proud of yourself and don't even let it bother…

I heard higher cardio is great for your heart but burns fat slower...and if you're at an average heart rate...it burns fat faster.

Has anyone ever tried the Bird's eye Stemers?? I just had the ritoni w/ veggies in a light garlic sauce and it was AMAZING! Only 350 cals :)

I had the 5 cheese rigatoni the other day SO GOOD!! I also love the steamers (any kind) and the pizzas are great when you crave pizza!! OH! and also try the new snacks. i LOVE the pita bread with spinach dip so delicious. I'm a college student too so these quick meals help me out a ton :)
