Saw a picture of myself...cried about it...was in the gym the next week! Oh also the dr told me i'm technically "obese" by the BMI chart and high blood pressure. I don't want that for myself!!

The sunday paper out here drops off some deals every sunday! that's how I get them. I would love to know of some other great grocery deals!!

Honestly? They last about a week....everyone realizes that it's too hard and they give up way too fast. We are awesome because we stick to it and keep going throughout the year and holidays! I also noticed that a lot of people go more Monday-Wednesday and it's alot slower Thursday-Sundays.

Is it weird to say being happy? I noticed that when I'm happier, I lose a lot more weight then when i'm stressed or upset. I try to keep myself happy and that's the best weight loss tip that I use :)

I just started bootcamp last week and I love it. I admit it's definitely hard at first but it's totally worth it!

I go to DePaul University and I love it here! I'm from the suburbs of Chicago, but there's nothing like living the city life. I live in a really healthy and active neighborhood too so it keeps me motivated :)

I think curvy is beautiful :) I think most of the men out there would agree! I know my boyfriend loves it and he told me if I got too skinny he would hate it! I embrace being muscular :)

Carbs are actually good when they are eaten the right way. Just make sure they are whole grain and complex carbs. Your body needs them to survive! If you over indulge you do gain weight (I can say from experience) but I'm also a runner so I eat a lot especially before races. As everyone said above me, it's all about…
