I would love any of you to add me if you like. I currently struggle with bulimia nervosa. Beforehand I was diagnosed with Anorexia binge purge sub type. But currently (and for the last 2 years) I am more accurately diagnosed with Bulimia nervosa due to the behaviors that differ from my past diagnoses of Anorexia Nervosa.…

Yes I am the exact same way. I have been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and that has a bit of a link into what you are describing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_dysmorphic_disorder Not to say that that is what you have also, but it just lets you know that I understand what you mean to a degree. I also have a…

I've noticed that at times too actually. Perhaps its the carbonized water they use in order to better preserve the produce? I have no idea what that's about but yes I have noticed that same thing on occasion.

Eventually you will probably plateau due to giving your body so little to work with compared to how much you work out. I KNOW that that is really possible but I tend to not eat my calories back anyways. Sorta hard to convince myself to eat MORE is all. Once you plateau though, all that really needs to be done is perhaps…

My boyfriend is very supportive of me. His main concern is that I get healthy again since when we first met I was struggling with my eating disorders even moreso than I am now. He doesn't want to see me that sick again so he roots for me to eat properly and supports me working out but always is a bit cautious and advises…

Reading your post again, I think for your situation, you may want to eat more yes. Seems like your weight loss is stalling and you need to give it a bit more.

I would NOT force myself to ALWAYS eat back my workout calories. I honestly NEVER do. If you plateau however, I hear that eating your exercise calories back can help jumpstart your weight loss again. I believe people stress out too much about making sure they eat back every single calorie. Do you feel terribly hungry by…

As a person that struggles with eating disorder (for the past 7 years) just message me and we will talk. People on forums can sometimes be very ignorant when dealing with someone possibly struggling with an eating disorder and hopefully you will not run into those individuals. There are plenty of people on this site that…

The pain is only temporary! The soreness is normal, especially if you were sedentary for the majority of your time before you started workouts. When I first did the 30 Day Shred I had muscle soreness for atleast 5-6 days. It will pass :) As long as its just pain of sore muscles and not pain that indicates a possible injury.

I am a bit pear shaped as well. And when it comes to losing weight, yes you can't always target, but certain toning exercises will definitely help some. I do a lot of toning workout, strength training, circuit training etc. One that seems to work BEAUTIFULLY is Jillian Michael's "No More Trouble Zones". There are moves in…

I work out in the mornings. At around 7 30 am, and I NEVER eat before I work out. I do circuit training for about an hour, take a nice shower and then eat breakfast :)

Crucifying the chick for using the word "meal". Chill out your nips and go eat whatever you like to fit your weight loss plan if you don't like these snack tips.…

Name: Crystal Age: 25 Location: New York City Reason for wanting to lose weight: To put myself in a more healthy position, physically in order to perhaps gain a better stance mentally. I am currently on rather heavy medication and I am very much tired of it. I have had Electroshock therapy done when I was 21, helped for…

I love all the Kashi Cereals! Lately I have been eating Total though. Addicted to it...you can add nuts and berries and its even better. Or even a bit of honey.

Yes you're not alone. I tend to do this on occasions where I may be away for a weekend with my boyfriend and friends (We tend to go out eating just about every night and consume alcohol) So I watch watch I eat, and reduce my calorie intake for a few days and amp up my exercise. Some would say that its not exactly healthy,…
