I try to eat at 1200. I eat around 1400 if I exercise sometimes...Just depends on how much exercise I do. I'm going to add you. I lost 30 lbs and then gained 18 lbs back because of exactly the same reason as you! So I am working on getting those lbs gone plus getting closer to my original goal. Would love to see other…

I am restarting tomorrow! I did the program in 2011 and ran a 5k....very slowly! :) I stopped working out last year unfortunately. I sooooooo know what you are talking about. I didn't realize how big I had got until I saw a picture of myself. I looked pregnant! It was a turning point for me I think.
