Thanks everyone. I am a good runner but, I tend to forget about eating right when I run. I am trying to go for lean muscle and ab's. It's been about 6 months since I've seen my ab outline! I run usually about 4-5x a week and my long runs are for 10miles.

I LOVE Nike Running App. It is a great tool. Also, it helps when you have friends you compete with running. :) Good luck!:smile: :smile:
