I like the champion brand sports bras, but you have to get the high impact or maximum support type that are sized using your actual bra size. They keep mine locked down! Champion is even having a sale right now- http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras

Its not even an article... its someones rantings on a message board. Running will definitely improve your fitness level. Yes you do have to eat well to lose weight and weight training is very important, but pretty much the rest of the article is someone's opinion.

Body Step :)!

Try Jackie Warner's DVDs. I like her just as much as Jillian. My favorites from Jackie are "One on One Training" and "Power Circuit"

you look amazing! congrats :)

I strongly suggest you bake it rather than microwave it, but any way you dress it, its delicious!

I've worked through the soreness pain before and it actually made my soreness go away. As long as the pain isnt anything else, you can try to work through it.

OMG! That is really gross. Thanks for sharing

Champion High Support bras are the best. The price is reasonable and the support is amazing! Nothing moves while working out.

Try unsweetened almond milk (35 cal per cup!) and some sugar free syrup (0 cal)... it has saved me and now I feel no guilt when I drink my morning coffee or two :)

Try this Happy Weight Calculator: http://www.self.com/calculatorsprograms/calculators/happyweight But like everyone else has said, it really is a personal preference. I am also 5'4 and really like the way I look at 130. I like to have some curves :)

Sounds great! I am definitely going to try this and maybe all that shaking will burn a few calories

Burned 600 calories! My arms are still shaking :)

When you type the name of the veggie always type "raw" also. It usually helps me find the right thing.

I'm in too! I need some motivation and accoutability outside of myself :)

I'm adding you. I'm trying to cut meat completely out of my diet, I barely eat it once a week at this point.

The FR60 Garmin has three modes, run, general, or bike. The general mode works great for any exercise, it counts calories ,tracks your hr, etc.
-
I used to have a polar which is a great brand, but earlier this year I bought a garmin fr60 which I love because I can use it in regular hr mode for any exercise or I can add the shoe pod and use it in running mode. It charts my hr from beginning to end and in running mode it gives me my speed during the entire work out.…

I am trying to use the same motivation because I know if I were already at my goal weight we would have already been trying to have a baby... But even this is hard to keep in the forefront of my mind when my will power is low and there is something delicious in front of me.

Thats awesome. I can't wait until I can mine back on...

I am also starting to feel the way you are. I am still in the stages of trying to cut out all meat from my diet. Right now I am trying not eating any meat at home, its the one or two times I go out a week that I end up eating out. But I am trying to incorporate as much raw veggies as possible to my diet. I recently heard…
