That is horrible. That was something that they should have just kept to themselves. So what if 20lbs seems unrealistic to them. You have a goal and a starting point which is more than most people. Just do what you need to do (in a healthy way)!!!!

Sometimes you have to give in to a craving to be able to keep going. I say go for it but don't go overboard and get back on track after.

I get made fun of at work because I am such a picky eater especially with vegetables. I have been doing raw broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumber with a low fat ranch and salads to get my veggies in.

I recently bought "Dancing with the Stars" workout video at Wal-Mart for $10. It is a workout video using latin ballroom dance moves plus there is a section of toning exercises. I think it is fun and so far it is working great!

I think we all have had that feeling. Luckily for me we are doing a biggest loser competition at work so it is really easy having the people around me on a daily basis doing the same thing.
