I don't have the time for anything with more than three ingredients anymore, haha. I keep a bag of frozen fruit on hand - strawberries, peaches, etc. Grab a handful, spoon in a wallop of plain, lowfat yogurt and a little water and pop it on the "bullet" mixer. Thick, tasty and very filling for me. Cheap and low in calories.
