You pick the favorite picture right? If so I would say @nozzy the 3rd as you and I assume your family/ kids look so happy!!! :)

I have dealt with this off and on. This is one the few things rest really doesn't seem to help improve the symptoms at least for me. First: Buy a nice pair of flip flops. I have Under Armour ones; however, my mom has Crocs. Wear these around the house at all times. Second, you can get a thing at any pharmacy/department…

Siena is not really that far based with her comments. Plus size models by definition are models that wear plus-size clothing. Plus-size clothing was a general term given to clothing proportioned specifically for overweight people. That said most Plus Size Models nowadays model more average sized clothes, which is a good…

Story of my life. Best things for bloating: Green Tea, Asparagus, Bananas, Berries, Pineapple, and Water. Worst things for bloating: Cheese, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Apples, Peanut Butter. Though, you don't have to give up the items on the worst list, just be careful and potentially limit your intake. Though I still eat a…

This really is how I feel! It just is strange thinking that while I have been trying to figure out what major I wanted to do in University, some of my high school friends were married and thinking about kids.

I am a soon to be Floridian! Moving to St. Pete/Tampa in early June! Anyone feel free to add me as well! :) -Kyle

Hey once you hit 20 your life doesn't end! Well the partying slows down late 20's, but the early years are fun! :)

22 going on 23 in a couple months!

I am a little under 65 kg and around 5 ft 9 so if you got any particular questions, let me know. Seeing you are from the UK all I can say is stay away from Doner Kebab. In one term in Manchester, I put on about half a stone in Cider and Kebabs alone haha.

Congrats on the progress so far! The one main thing I have always done if I am stuck in a plateau for weight loss is essentially switch things up. Like your exercise routine and/or what is called zig-zagging calories. Like eating 1800 one day and 2000 the next and then 1600 the next day, keeps your body guessing and has…

You have had 2 kids? Wow. Excellent work!!! Inspiring indeed.

I haven't outgrown TMNT, Spongebob or Doug! :)

My feelings exactly. Had a friend got married right before uni at 18 and him and his wife had a kid at the age of 19! Crazy thought to me, as I was still figuring out what major I wanted to do at university. :)

Already celebrating your birthday I see! :)
-
Well I can be quite clever at times, love to swear, enjoy Ben & Jerry's; however, I tend to eat quite clean. Is three out of 4 okay? :)

Haha. Yeah I got bored too. Really most of those monthly workout things I get bored with. Just prefer to jog, swim, bike and play tennis. :)
-
Very cool! My good friend is doing the Insanity. I can't do it as it is too much jumping around it seems haha. I prefer p90x, though I haven't done that in couple years. :)

Don't be afraid to post anyone who is 20 + with kids, we won't discriminate in here! :)

Happy belated birthday! :drinker:

Feeling like I should change the title to where are all the 20 year olds that don't have kids! :)
-
I am pretty sure I will be 25 without a baby as well. Don't worry you are not alone! :)
-
Well I technically turn 23 in July so you aren't that much older! :)
-
Don't worry that makes sense or at least I understood! :) And as for the original question of course. If I ever felt like having "dumb" conversations I would just hang out with my buddies and watch some sports haha. Love intelligent women.
-
You look quite fit. @Justice Same goes for you too @Kath Sorry didn't really look before I posted haha.

I have a mixed view on this topic. Several studies have shown most of weight loss/ gain merely deals with how many calories you eat versus when you eat them. However, it also has been proven that a proper amount of sleep is necessary for weight loss and to prevent weight gain. Everyone is different; however, if I eat too…

I run just about every day or every other day. Feel free to add me anyone if you want another supportive friend! - Kyle

Well I plan on losing some body fat and hopefully adding a little muscle to reach around a more toned 140, which is the weight I am currently. So hoping to reach 135 goal weight and then "bulk" up a little to around 140 pounds as an ultimate goal weight.

I can't say I always eat whole foods; however, tend to eat quite natural. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like another person to help provide support! -Kyle
