A machine call SmartStride. It mimics the stride as you were running without the impact. I love this machine!

I log them under the strength training tab in the cardio section. They are great for sculpting your body and getting your heart rate up. If you want some good exercises to do with them, go to YouTube . I've gotten a lot from there. Good luck :)

It's pretty darn close. I've been on here 15 weeks with a goal of 2 lbs a week and I've lost 28 lbs. That's only 2 lbs off of their calculations.

V-8 Fusion light is a good way to get in 1 or 2. 50 calories per serving and it's good too :)

It is your RMR less 350 calories. The site calculates that for you.

Are you entering your age and your weight on the elliptical trainer when you start? It calculates differently for age/weights. That might be the difference. I can't imagine an hour on the machine and only burning 300 calories. I burn 500 in 45 minutes. I believe it is normal to burn approximately 10-15 calories per minute,…

I used "raking the lawn". It's about the same motion and effort :)

I would do an hour session one to two times a month. You can take what they go over with you during the hour and integrate it with your cardio routine. It works great for me!
