I've been told Princess Mary of Denmark, apart from that haven't had any other suggestions..

I still drink of a weekend, and I log it. If I am catching up with friends etc I try to make sure I do some sort of activity and pace myself (sometimes, haha) and try not to go over TDEE. Had a particularly big day saturday, but luckily for me I was feeling a bit queasy that morning (medication that I'm on for stopping…

Me! I stopped smoking on August 14th. I used Champix which is a medication. So this is my personal best for not smoking, I'm feeling healthy and a lot better than I did when I was smoking! Still getting cravings here and there but on the whole doing well - haven't slipped up at all.

I am by no means an expert so anyone please correct me if I am wrong. You've just started a new activity and will be developing muscle. Your muscles are likely retaining fluid at this stage for repair and growth hence the increase in weight. If you continue with what you are doing you will eventually see a loss again. I…

The brand I buy is a naturally sweet breakfast style greek yoghurt with vanilla bean added. It's really nice on its own but I add 30gm dry oats, berries (frozen or fresh) and a teaspoon of honey. Yum!

It has been causing me quite a few issues to be honest.

@iamwilso The mask would be a good start!

Congratulations & well done to you! You've shown great commitment and are getting the results you've worked for :-)

Thanks very much for your input girls! So I need to consistently up my calories, and eat at least half of my exercise calories (unsure of how much I actually burn) - OK. In regards to eggs for breakfast - I'm not the world's biggest fan of eggs so not something I could eat every morning. Are there any other high protein…

Could anyone else please take some time to give me some feedback? I'm new to this! :-)

I've also added you! I'm a mum of 2 and my weight has definitely been a bit higher since having kids, ha ha. My diary is always open :-)

Oh - and the homemade items are 90% recipes I've added myself so I know how big serves are and exactly what went in. But thanks for your concern - I was wary of this :-)

Thanks for your comments everyone. I'm 169cms so I think I'm right between 5'6 and 5'7. Exercise wise I swim with a squad twice a week, one hour per session. I put it in at one hour leisurely swimming, I figure that accounts for any breaks etc. I still don't tend to eat all of those calories back though just in case it is…

Hi! I'm 24 and looking to lose 22kg (approximately 50 pounds, goal weight 150) but to get to my ULTIMATE goal I would like to lose 32kg (approx 70 pounds UGW 130). I currently weigh 202 pounds at 5'7. I don't have any friends on here so would love some support and to make some new friends who have similar goals!

BUMP to try later!

There is the Garmin Swim heart rate monitor. Otherwise I believe a couple of polar monitors are water resistant but not water proof.

I train with a squad but have started going on my own outside of these sessions - I've been using swimplan.com to give me my set. I find I don't push myself as hard on my own but I get the set done in my allocated time :-)
