I do love it, but it must have some reaction with certain medications. So if your doctor has told you not to eat it, listen to her and then ask why. My mom has a transplanted kidney and I know she cannot eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice because of the meds she needs to keep her new kidney functioning.

I'm trying to re-activate myself on here and in real life! Exercise is my biggest challenge. I'm 5' 5.5" and weigh about 190. (I've just finally admitted that that is a nine, not an eight.) I'd love to get to 145 eventually, but definitely want to see 170 before June.
