My second time too. I lost almost a stone in 4 weeks but then my grandfather passed away and I slipped back into bad habits. Please add me as I don't know how to either pmsl. Started this morning and I've also measures myself and took photos to set me off on the right foot. X

I find with the hack squat I'm more stable and less likely to wobble. The smyths machine needs repairing all the time so that's why I went to the hack squat instead.

Plus I have no spotter and train on my own.

One problem I do have is confidence in doing dead lifts and squats using a barbell due to a previous back and knee injury. Could iuse dumbells instead or will it not be as great? This is why I do hack squats because I feel safer Incase I have to stop.

Sorry I edited the post it's 4 sets I do so shall I increase the weight and do less reps? I'm wanting to decrease fat and go for a feminine beach body physique. If this helps this is what I do... Drink plenty of water whilst eating. Breakfast is weetabix or porridge weighed. Lunch soups various types each day. Dinner I meal plan for a week so I know what im cooking. I snack on Yoghurts and fruit. :)

I have a large mug every morning of Nescafé gold with 3 sweeteners....took a while to get used to having it but prefer it now to sugar and I always ave semi skimmed milk. This is morning only then switch to squash for the rest of the day.

not been on for a while ive had pneumonia ive lost 21 lbs since january so im really pleased, taken up walking 2 miles 6 days a week.

do you exercise? if so what do you do? you look great and my tummy has abit of a over hang and its gotta go!!! ive started walking at least 2 miles 6 times a week.

you can really tell i think you look great, try measuring your self and when you next weigh in measure as well, in the past ive lost nothing in 2 weeks but lost 3cm of my waist!!!

thank you very much, doctor said i need more fibre as i have a gut problem so this could help me and i feel loads better and feel all bran keeps me quite full and keeps me going. we always have fresh home made food in the evening and we eat plenty of chicken and fresh veg etc, the only thing that helps me not over eating…
