You could try either lifting weights or do bodyweight exercises to help you get lean, although the treadmill is still great exercise overall even if it won't help you get "toned" so much. In my opinion any exercise is great, but it sounds like what you want is to build muscle. And try not to be too hard on yourself :)

the sodium is 1080. Sorry, I tried to get more info by copying the info from the recipe I added to my own database, but it kept messing up. Also, it is 86 calories per tablespoon.

Totally agree! I love the sense of control I have with MFP. I still enjoy "bad" (although I normally don't like to label things as bad) foods, but counting calories makes me watch my portions and choose healthy foods more often than I used to.
