I love spaghetti squash too, I cut it in half, place middle down on baking sheet with about a cup of water, Bake 375 till I think its done. I never have timed it. Scoop out in to a bowl and put spaghetti sauce on it. Delish!

it's okay. Don't worry so much about what the scale says, it's how you feel. If you feel good, I mean if you feel GREAT, don't worry about what the scale says. Don't weigh in tomorrow, do what you do during the week and weigh in next Friday, I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised. Friend me and let me know what you do.
