To get to 179 and a healthy BMI. 17 pounds away, which is still unreal and I don't quite believe it.

Onderland achieved. Next mini goal is a healthy BMI. 19 pounds away.

A coworker of mine had a work anniversary yesterday and I said no to free cake. Chocolate cake.
-
Had to get my badge redone for work, so it's kind of crazy to have an actual comparison picture. 115 pounds difference.

Going to Universal Studios for my birthday at the end of May and I'd like to be under 200 lbs by then. Only a little over 5 lbs to go, but been struggling lately. Then I'd like to reach "normal" weight (179) by mid-September when I'm going to meet up with some online friends, some of whom have met me before and some who…

Pizza. Also garlic bread and chocolate chip cookies. I have to get all of those in a single serving or I will eat all of it.

Challenge #2 I repeated week 3's "CRIKEY! SURF’S UP!" balance video. I chose this one because even though I hate following videos, I felt like doing another 5k (week 2) was a cop out. Balance and flexibility type exercises are the most appealing to me if I do have to follow what someone else is doing due to the…

Face, for sure, followed by stomach.

Challenge#1 I redid the frostbite footrace 5k from week 6. I like walking and try to do it as my primary form of exercise (with some jogging sprinkled in depending on how I'm feeling that day). Yesterday I particularly wanted to walk since it was supposed to snow overnight and I was worried I'd get stuck at the gym at…

Challenge #3 I eat lots of greens, and didn't see anything about them not being able to be both fruits and vegetables (I think avocado is technically a fruit, yeah?), so here are my four I've eaten so far this week. Avocado, Spinach, Broccoli, Cucumber.

115 pounds down and went from a tight 10 to a sort of lose 8. Not lose enough to need a ring spacer again yet though, so I doubt I could squeeze a 7 on.

5'11, started at 320 and am about 207 at the moment (technically 208.5 today, but I had Chinese for dinner last night  ). Aiming to get down to at least 180 and then reevaluate. Longer term goal in my head right now is around 160, but since I haven't been a normal weight for my height since I was a child, I'm not…

Challenge#3 I chose nutmeg because these challenges go up after I buy my groceries for the week and that's the only one I have on hand. I put some nutmeg and cinnamon in my coffee after searching for some recipes or things to put it in that weren't french toast. I like the taste okay, but have some issues keeping…

I just checked and it does look like we're in third place under the totals column?

Popcorn, Apples, and Spinach end up on the list every week. Eggs, frozen chicken breast, and coffee end up on it every couple of weeks.

My cat is the same. He tries it sometimes and immediately lays next to me instead. That's only if I'm lying down though, if I'm in a chair he does like sitting in my lap more often now that my stomach isn't in the way.

Challenge #3 Left behind fast food for 5 of the 7 days. I did have a planned lunch out on Tuesday and got lunch with my husband yesterday, but made it the rest of the days. Since things cooked at home have less sodium, I think I saw a water weight dip in the scale this week. Also, I know rationally I can fit more food for…

Posting again because apparently I didn't follow the format, but I swear the first line about which challenge it was wasn't there for challenge#1 when I looked yesterday, only #3, because I double checked it too after I saw it on 3. Next time maybe it should be in the instructions like it is for the other post too. -.-…

Completed the 5k Frostbite footrace outside on the walking path we have near the river here. I mostly walked, because it's too cold to swim and no snow to skii on. There was also some hurried jogging as I tried to beat the rain. I didn't succeed. :D

The food-related vice I'm giving up is fast food. It's so easy for me to just grab something out instead of cooking, especially because I hate cooking, even if it's pre-prepared. Rationally I know I can eat more food for less calories at home, but the convenience part tempts me too much. I did it yesterday, knew I wasn't…

That hair ties would get more uncomfortable on my wrists. I assume this is due to having less padding on my arms? But a new hair tie used to be uncomfortable for maybe a couple weeks, then it would stretch enough to not bother me. The one I currently have is maybe a couple months old now at this point and it still…

I needed to try and get home sooner than expected last night when I was already halfway through my walk. So I jogged part of it, and ended up being able to do that for much longer than expected. I'm not sure if it was actually faster, but at least it felt like I was making an impact. :D

1. What was your starting weight and height? 5'11, 320 lbs 2. What is your current weight/goal weight? 207 lbs, 160-175lbs goal, unsure since I've never been in the normal weight range. 3. How long did it take you to reach your goal? I'm not at goal yet, but my highest weight was January 2015 4. Did you feel different,…

I prefer to put a little bit of avocado on mine.

Been dealing with a migraine the past couple of days and today it got to the point of not feeling like I could do any more. Less than an hour from the minute cap, but I entered my numbers as-is for now so I don't forget. If I'm feeling better later I'll get something done to max those out. Got all the challenge points…

I'm 5'11, 29, and all through high school and college my real lowest weight was about 240. I've pretty much never been a normal weight other than maybe when I was a small child. After gaining all the way up to 320, I got back down to that range and I broke through it the same way I do with any "plateau", by tightening up…

I do both, but generally stick to PC to avoid TV wars with my husband. If a new game comes out that I don't want to get on PC yet or if I'm going to play with my friends I'll get on the Xbox, but other than that I'll be on the PC. I will say it is very hard for me to switch between the two sometimes if I'm going to play…

For the food challenge: yogurt. I'm pretty sure it's a texture thing as I've tried it before with fruit for a similar challenge and it was still a no-go. This time I thought I'd try granola, figuring that something with an even more stark difference in texture would help. Nope. Still gross. Still makes me want to gag.…

Yogurt. Beans. Mushrooms. The texture for all of these makes me gag.

I should hit the minute cap this week. Need to be perfect on the rest of the days for calories though. Had a couple of struggle days and have been reverting to some binge habits, unfortunately.
