I totally read that as glow in the dark at first. If that were true, corn mazes would be really cool. :D

1232/1332 stairs complete. I'll finish tomorrow. Even as a laziest possible day I have 90 steps down in the parking garage to my car and 24 steps each way at home. 2 days complete under calories and on par to be under again today if it continues like it has.

I think the one I heard most often was definitely the "but you don't need to lose weight!" This was also told to me at 320 pounds though. I mean I know I'm tall (5'11), but I'm not a literal giant, so I really don't see how that could even be remotely true. And not said to me, but I overhear people at my work place talking…

The first was not at my highest weight, maybe 290-295 or so? Currently hovering between 210 and 212, I don't take many pictures of myself recently other than for progress, and almost no face shots I have are directly face on, so excuse the angle and snapchat filter.

Argh. I've been awful about minutes so far this week. Going to try to ramp it up the rest of the week and through the weekend. Under two days so far though for calories. I think I'll make it the rest of the days.

I really didn't want to cook yesterday for dinner and fast food was super tempting, but I ignored the lazy way and went home and cooked anyway. So I got to eat much more food for fewer calories.

Outside walking done. 4.45 miles total. It was so windy my headphones kept falling out of my ears. :D But at least it wasn't crazy cold.

I just recently noticed this too. I always had my chair at the lowest setting due to a combination of this and the fact that I'm tall, but I noticed my upper back was hurting from not sitting correctly so I moved it up to where it should be about a week ago, and it hasn't sunk at all. Also I'm starting to see the shoe size…

Zucchini noodles with lots of whatever veggies I have in the freezer. Lately it's been broccoli, carrots, green beans, peppers, and onions. Heated up with a little bit of pepper or whatever spices I have on hand, or occasionally some low sodium soy sauce or pasta sauce.

11.1 pounds to onederland.

Hi! I am 100% a Slytherin, but Ravenclaw is definitely second on the list. My goal is to lose between 32 and 52 pounds from where I am right now, which will get me solidly into "normal" weight territory. I've lost 109 pounds over the last two years, so I'm moving in that direction slowly, but steadily.

I always end up really grumpy when the challenge requires me to walk outside. It has been so painfully cold, but looking at the weather forecast it looks like it should be borderline warm enough tomorrow, so here's to hoping. The food challenge will be a good one for me though. It's always nice to have motivation to aim to…

The weekends have potential to be longer exercise days for me, so I should hit the cap. Maybe. Probably. I just have the videos challenge left, almost done with that, I just have more time for it on the weekend.

1. ''You dont have breakfast?? Your metabolism will definetly slow down as you grow up so please start having breakfast'' I eat breakfast when I'm hungry. I skip it when I'm not. 2. '' Do not take the birth control pill . It will make you gain weight .'' I'm almost 30 and have been on the birth control pill since I was…

Cookies! Warm, still soft in the middle...I cannot buy (or make them) as I will eat them all. If I do get them, it's once every few months, and by getting one at panera (or two at Subway). Also deep dish pizza. I get it maybe only a couple times a year, and even with light sauce and cheese it ends up being the only thing I…

@ThisTimeItSticks Sure, go ahead! :) I don't tend to post a ton outside of the log-in streaks every 5 days, but I do occasionally.

A tip I've found useful for getting the challenges done - if you're a person who likes reminders to do things, try putting it on your phone's calendar (or general gmail if you keep it up all day on the computer, whatever works). You can plug in notifications to remind you to do a video each day, or to remember to bring a…

I fell the other day walking around my apartment complex (still not completely sure if I just stepped wrong or slid on something) and bruised my upper leg/hip. I normally would've used the soreness as an excuse to skip a few days of activity even if it didn't really hurt, but I did my cardio and leg day of weights…

I usually find myself craving chocolate or warm foods. The warm food isn't so much a problem, and for chocolate I'll usually either buy a chocolate bar and break it up into 1 serving (or less) pieces and freeze them so I only take out one portion each day I'm craving it, or just go ahead and buy a single serving the day…

I had a similar thing happen to me last week. Tried to get sour patch kids from the vending machine at work, but it wasn't accepting cards and I didn't have cash with me.

Yay! Glad to be back. Hoping that having accountability again will help me get back on the losing instead of maintaining track. Though, maintaining isn't bad, at least. :) I'll have to see about going back out and getting some oranges or clementines or something. Unfortunately my grocery shopping for the week is done…

I'm a little past this photo now, but I've lost 108 pounds so far (in the last two years) and would like to aim for 140-160 total. I'm 5'11 and have never been a healthy weight at this height, so I'm aiming for the top of the usual weight range, and will reevaluate from there.

Sent you a request. :) I'm super into video games (mainly rpgs), love playing board games when my friends and I get together, Star Trek, Harry Potter (you never would have guessed from my picture, clearly), and am generally open to exploring more sci-fi/fantasy books, shows, movies, etc.

I've lost 108 pounds over the last two years and my number one recommendation is get a food scale. Weigh everything. Even packaged foods aren't always the serving they say they are. I'll also echo what people have said about not depriving yourself. The only "off limits" foods I've had have been binge triggers, so I only…

Pickles, olives, mushrooms, beans, mustard, yogurt, anything with vinegar on it. Yuck.

I'll drink either, but I usually go with diet coke unless there's cherry coke zero. Unfortunately my grocery store only has cans for the cherry coke zero, and work has it in bottles in the cafeteria but it's overpriced.

How judgmental and weird my brain would be (in terms of what seems light) when I see the number on the scale. For some reason the 212.6 I saw this morning seems worlds lighter than 213 was. Then again that could also just be that I'm finally losing from my lowest weight again after the holiday stall and water weight gain.…

I usually avoid Chinese food and Pizza because I've found them to be pretty big binge triggers for me. I've been craving Chinese for several weeks now and I noticed I'd also been wanting to eat more than usual recently. I thought they might be related, so I caved and got Chinese last night. I ordered much less than I would…

I'd like to get to a "normal" weight this year, which means I have about 37 pounds to go. Two years ago I lost 50 pounds, and last year 53, so I think I'm right on track to do it.

I personally don't like their advertising, but the facility I go to itself isn't bad. I chose it because I am not in a place financially where I can pay more than $10 a month. It works for my needs right now, which are an indoor space to do cardio that isn't on the top floor of an apartment building. Also my strength…
