Did you make any adjustments to the meal structure in your diary, such as removing a meal? That can delete entries, I think.

I made the classic mistake once of assuming the nutrition label on the back of Jimmy John's chips was referring to the bag as one serving. But no, the bag was two servings! Totally worth it because those jalapeno chips are amazing, but definitely an amateur mistake.

I think it can be confusing for her because she started with MFP and then moved to the fundamentals of nutrition. Since MFP (and your basic nutrition label) does this calorie calculation for you, some may not realize that this is HOW calories are calculated.

My short term is to be comfortable enough to weigh myself again. I haven't in probably 8 or so months because I'm worried about being higher than I think I'm at. I've been measuring purely on how the clothes fit, but as my weight loss slows down (purely due to just having less to lose), I'm worried about saying disciplined.

I understand the yo-yo! I had a terrible time almost two years ago with gaining weight back that I had lost. Taking it super slow this time to try and avoid that. Add me if you'd like! I'm at 160, looking to get down to 110 to be safely in a healthy weight range for my height (5'1'').

I have no scientific explanation for why it is sometimes harder to workout in the morning. For me, it has always been a hydration issue if I'm having trouble exercising in the morning. Drinking plenty before working out in the morning has helped.

Any high fiber foods can make you a little gassy too, especially if it's a newly introduced food. Any changes made to your diet recently?

I use those to add a little creaminess to the homemade pizzas I make with my parents. Sooo delicious.

I have made the fiber one mistake. Those chocolate bars were so delicious, but it was so not worth it.

Taking a look at your diary might help us understand better. Food > Settings in the top menu, then scroll to the bottom. You can always lock it again after we figure out what's going on.

Pho is the thing I missed most since moving out of Grand Rapids. There's one place where I am now that makes Pho, but it's nowhere near Asian Palace. Unf. I always got the raw beef that cooked so perfectly in the broth.

I enjoy the show for the theatrics, but never really find myself comparing my body to theirs. I'm 5'1'' with a long torso, "straight" body type, and I enjoy being pale. I guess it's easier when I know their body type is completely unattainable (and partially undesirable).

Goodwill and thrift shops are the best. I went there to find cheap in-between clothes when I was losing weight, but became so addicted that I keep going no matter what weight I'm at. (:

I'll second this. I call it the Sunday diet. Prep everything on Sunday so everything is grab and go during the week.
