Vegetarian Protein Source in Asia

Hey, so I am in Asia and I am lacking my daily protein. This is because you can basically not buy anything dairy like cottage cheese (very hard to find too) here without spending a fortune, same counts for protein powder btw. It is ridiculously expensive! However, I can also not eat Tofu all the time because its so high in fat. Can you think of other sources? Already eating eggs, lentils, chickpeas, beans etc...

I wouldn't worry about the fat in tofu.. remember, fat doesn't make you fat. Unless you have to avoid excess fat for a medical condition, I wouldn't worry about it considering it is a decent chunk of protein in tofu and (at least where I am) it is relatively inexpensive. Beans should contain almost the same amount of fat as tofo considering tofu is made from a bean as well.

Some of the things you mentioned already are repeated in this list, but there are some other options. Look up "vegan protein sources".
