Hot showers. Ibuprofen before bed & 30 min before a workout. Stretching! Rest day at least once a week.

5'1 here. I'm aiming for a loss of 30-35 lbs, so anywhere from 118-123 would be great. Started a month ago at 153.5. Today I'm 145.5

Thank you! The box didn't say one way or another, & I always try to be super honest/accurate in my measurements! I do have some popcorn that tells me the cals for both cooked/uncooked. Silly, bc I am NOT eating it unpopped. I appreciate the advice! :)

I'm on day 2 of level 3. I've been taking a break once a week. I usually just make my rest day my busiest day of the week, but do what your body is telling you. Don't overdo it, & enjoy the shred. I'm really kicking myself for not taking before pics, because I'm starting to see real changes now!

Yay!!! The first few days were the hardest for me. I started level 2 today, & I was pretty darn proud. You'll be amazed at yourself when you keep going.

yayy!

It's all I have time to do right now due to school commitments, and I'm seeing results! I plan on adding more once summer break starts in 3 weeks, but for now I believe some exercise is better than none!

My back is flat against my jeans now. My love handles disappeared! :)

Nursing student here. Hyponatremia isn't really that rare, bc it can be caused by many, many things. It just means low sodium. If you are really worried about it, you should go for the sports drink or up your daily sodium intake through food. When you drink a ton of water and are sweating through vigorous exercise, you run…
