30DS alone?

Hi all- I'm starting 30DS today; I was wondering if, as a beginner at working out in general (walking 5 days/week until now), is the only thing I need to do everyday? Or, should I still try to get on the treadmill everyday?
I have about 50 pounds to lose (currently 5'7 198lbs) and am doing 1500 cal/day, without eating exercise calories.

I'm sure you'll see results doing 30DS alone, but I personally would suggest keeping up with the cardio you've been doing along with it.0

I dont really have an answer as I'm shredding as well and just started but I think if you CAN, then 2-3 extra cardio workouts a week wouldn't hurt. I don't have time beyond the 25 min shred workouts because of my 2 young kids but I will try and fit in c25k when I can too.0

It's all I have time to do right now due to school commitments, and I'm seeing results! I plan on adding more once summer break starts in 3 weeks, but for now I believe some exercise is better than none!0
