  • Hi, yes I think it's bread and sugar, ie chocolate especially, but I have seen a consultant that told me my gallbladder will need removing as this is why I have reflux. But having said that, even when I don't eat those trigger foods, I have attacks...been in lansaprasole for 5 years and take codeine for pain.

  • I have just finished my 1st T25 lower workout. Wow! Its pretty intense, but feels great. I have a slight dilemma though. Im using my fitness pal app and not sure how many cals i burnt doing the workout. Any comments would be of help !:happy:
  • Hi, I was going to try that diet. I bought the recipe book, but im doing so well using my fitness pal, im worried ill undo all the good ive done. Dont really like the idea of being hungry for 2 days. Good luck to you though. Let me know how you get on with it.
