Just looking forward to losing as much weight as I possibly can for a month I am drinking over 75 oz of water daily so that is a big plus and I am going to increase my exercise to 45 mintues or more per day :-)

My Goals are to keep drinking more and more water already drink 50 + per day try to increase my time on the stationary bike to 45 minutes per day even if it is a little extra here and there and see that scale drop every week also going to start doing Zumba once a week with my daughter Good Luck Everyone :happy:
