That's great! I'm not completely fat free but I am toning up as well! Level 2 is difficult just stick through it and remember it's only 30 minutes :)) I'm so in love with her workouts I think I'll do the six week six pack and buns and thighs dvd's :)

I am on day 23 (just finished it only 7 more to go!) and I take Saturday and Sunday off and do it everyday Monday-Friday. I've seen incredible results! Good luck :)

That is not true. I eat more carbohydrates than ever with apples, bananas, mangos, melon and so forth. Carbs actually make our metabolism work faster. Dairy and meat slows down our metabolism, slows and thickens our blood flow, and makes us more fatigued.

I just completed day 22 and it was amazing! Keep your head up no matter what. I felt like giving up day three of level 2 but just remember it's ONLY a 20 minute work out and in 20 minutes you can be done each day! My protein intake is about 35% from fruits and greens and I consume about 5% grains. I am a full vegan and eat 90% raw food only daily :) I love this life style, I've never been healthier, more energetic, more happy, had better skin, grades, and so much more in my life than now!

This definitely is a pain in the butt (or the neck in this case) but what I do (level 2 day 4) is do neck circles after the workout is done as well and by day 4 my pain decreased significantly and by day 7 you should feel pretty comfortable with it just like in level 1 :) Hope this helps!

Thank you!! :) I know I will push through it and looking at pictures of people and their results definitely motivates me it's just sooo hard this level is killing me! I guess all the real transformation probably happens on level 2!
