Hello, friends! I am new to the group, but excited to interact with others who are on this journey. ![=) =)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smiley.png)
I'm currently on level 2, and in the very first circuit, the squat with wide rows kills my neck! As I'm doing it I can feel my neck muscles tightening and it hurts... it's undoing everything I did during the neck circles (which I LOVE).
I've done the exercise in front of a mirror and had my husband watching me, and my form seems to be right. Does this bother anyone else out there?
*Edit - I'm so sorry, I meant to put more information in the post title. Posting fail.

This definitely is a pain in the butt (or the neck in this case) but what I do (level 2 day 4) is do neck circles after the workout is done as well and by day 4 my pain decreased significantly and by day 7 you should feel pretty comfortable with it just like in level 1
Hope this helps!
