I too had Implanon and LOOVED. I gained a little weight, but really it was my fault. Since I had it put in, I have started having issues with my BP, so when it expired a year ago, I had it taken out and my doc said it was a bad idea to do anything hormonal. With all the other issues my mom had with IUDs we passed on those,…

TheLadyBane: 130 lbs lost!!!! I'm in awe of you! I have over 100 lbs to lose, and it just feels so daunting sometimes! :) Nice job!

Okay, so I do drink milk, usually right after, or shortly after, but will switch to chocolate milk. I work out 5 days a week, cardio 3 days (C25K, and stationary bike) and then lift and usually I walk and do the bike 2 days. Take the weekends off. I will switch my cardio to before my lifting. I usually go right into my…

Well crud! LOL I should have mentioned all I have is a stand up shower. We live in a small-ish trailer as it is just three of us, and it's paid for. :) No baths for me! I wish.. No pain no gain. The story of my life! I'm not giving up. I do not care how bad it gets, I refuse!! I'm tired of bingo wings and flabby belly!…

I love all the replies! I will definitely consider free weights since I've had a few folks here mention them. I am trying to talk a few of my friends into working out with me. I really think that would make it much more fun. Thanks for all the help everyone!

Cmsmj - I will look it up, thanks! blb85 - Glad I'm not the only one! A lot of stuff I'm finding want me to do pull ups, and I don't have any luck with those either. I know I will once I build some muscles, and I know there are ways to work up to doing push ups, pull ups and chin ups, I guess I'm going to have to suck it…

I HATE missing stuff like this! I started C25K Thursday the 8th. Just finished week one this morning. I am running outside as I do not have a tread mill, but I am just SO excited that I finished the week and without stopping on my runs! I may check out Zombie Run, since my ultimate goal is going to be to run the Run For…

My husband calles them "Bingo Wings." I HATE them. Push ups maybe? lol

I eat pretty much anything I want, within reason, and stay under my calorie goal. I'm about where you are too, so I know the feeling. I don't go TOO crazy. I have cut out soda completely, and I use Splenda rather than sugar. I would suggest walking as much as you can, if you don't already, it will burn off the extra…

YUM! That sounds amazing. I've been doing a lot of Tuna Salad Sandwiches. I through a little apple in mine to kick up the crunch and sweetness. It's yummy, and easy on the calories! Just be sure to use light mayo!

http://evilcyber.com/fitness/home-workout-plan-beginners/ Here is the work out plan I want to try. It will show you how to do everything, from can't do it, to doing the full exercise, the correct way. The only thing that got me is I thought he was saying 50, he's really saying 15.

I second that! If I can do it, you can do it!

That is awesome! I've had the same problem as my thighs are pretty big. My thing is my pants. I have been going up and up. I bought a few pair at the thrift shop (no sense in buying new if they will only fit for a few months). They were tight when I got them. Now, they are just a little looser, but a little looser is…

Awesome, I'm not crazy! hahah! I found a great beginners work out, that includes strength training. I'll find the link and post it here when I get home from work. I am just waiting to see if I can get a pull up/chin up bar.

What amazing stories! I'm so glad I found this! :)

I would DEFINITELY have your doctor check your thyroid as mentioned earlier. Since you have tried everything, maybe he/she has some other ideas.

I started my weight climb when I started having kids. I went from weighing a very comfortable 150 or so, to 260 in about 13 years. It doesn't seem like much, but when I had my youngest child (3rd, finally a daughter!) I went from about 240 or so, at the start, to about 190 when I had her. I stopped drinking soda and…

I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.' Muhammad Ali For me, I don't love dieting, or working out. But, I know that if I "suffer now" I will get to live the rest of my life healthier, happier, and LONGER!

******Moltisanti crew******* 50 knuckle push ups done. Sorry for the late reporting.

Woohoo! Sure hope my old capo is okay! Glad to have a team!

Got in 20 minutes of shadowboxing. :)

Do they actually poke out? If wide shoes aren't working for you, it could be that you do like me and walk with more pressure on the outsides of your feet. Do you notice the outside edges of of your shoes wear faster than the inside? If all else fails, and you can swing it, talk to a podiatrist. See if he can find the issue…

Nice! I plan to just yoga on Saturday and Sunday rather than doing nothing and maybe after cardio to settle out and stretch a bit. I find it makes me feel better.

Punches done, + an extra 50 for the extra large! :)

Apr 16 could only do 50, but I got them done.

Sorry for the lateness. 255, no gain/loss, stayed the same.

Front kicks, done.

Threw in those crunches for the extra $. :)

I joined the challenge to give me a reason to check here every single day and to stay motivated, get a little extra in. It's hard, but I like it!
