I just found this group and its perfect for me. I have an office job and I try to get in more steps than I usually would. I make sure I get up and walk around as much as possible. While this be a January group as well?

I too deal with this. It's a daily struggle but I'm learning to take one day, one meal, at a time. I make sure I'm eating throughout the day and not letting myself get so hungry that I lose all control. I have 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. Snacks may be fresh veggies with a cheese stick, or crackers and hummus. I make sure…
