Me! I work 10pm-6:30am. I work 5 nights on and then 9 days off that I try to switch my schedule around on.

Definitely take it one day at a time. The biggest thing i have to remember is if you fall off the wagon and eat something you shouldn't, the whole day doesn't have to be a wash, just start back again after that food item/meal. Before I would have had a cheat meal and gave up and continued the cheat meal for the whole week…

Personally I think that's too many apples. I don't eat apples because they are higher in sugar and carbs.. Buffalo chicken casserole . Shredded chicken, hot sauce and cream cheese and a dash of milk for the sauce poured over spaghetti squash. add a little cheese on top and bake until melted.

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk is a must! I do 1 cup of that plus 1 cup of water, 2 cups of power mix from Costco (kale, spinach, swiss chard). A handful of frozen strawberries. Chia seeds. and cinnamon to sweeten is another must.
